NPS to the rescue! We sold our house and needed to get our pool light repaired. I had originally reached out to Nelson from NPS about this service who provided a great response but was unavailable in the time frame we needed the repair. We went with the recommendation from our person who had done our pool chemicals while we owned the house, and I really wished we had just waited another week until Nelson was available because the first company we tried was awful. They arrived and were unable to do it and came back. I messaged Nelson about this accidentally and he took the time to respond with some suggestions in the interim. The other company came back (a day after they said they would) and said they could not complete the light replacement and wanted to break concrete and do a new line. This didn't sound right. We reached out to NPS again and they were able to come back the following week to do the repair. Nelson called me on the phone and we talked throughout the process leading up to the day he was making the repair and replacement for the light and what we needed to do on our end. Nelson arrived right on time and was able to easily do the repair and replacement of the pool light, line, switch, and GFI professionally and safely. He also sent follow up photos of the repairs as well. Nelson was great at communicating and responding professionally, promptly, and informed us of the process the entire time. We are so grateful he helped us with this and we were able to move out much more calmly after this. I wish NPS serviced pools in the area we moved to, because if they did we would hire NPS and Nelson right away. We highly recommend NPS for your pool service and repair needs, thank you again Nelson!
Nelson responded right away to my request for a bid to update our pool equipment. He came and gave us an honest quote, letting us know what we did and did not need. Today he installed the new updated filter and salt system, plus began a clean out of the pool. He was timely, honest and thorough in his work. He found a leak in the piping and worked to get that fixed. Nelson came highly recommended. So far we have been very happy with his work.
