Although Nelson is on a schedule to meet the needs of all his clients on a given day, he always makes additional time for us. He clearly explains all intricacies of our pool equipment & pool. Nelson patiently informs us of what to look for in maintaining our pool between his services. Nelson’s response time is quite impressive. A text will be returned in minutes! Nelson clearly takes pride in his work & cares about his clients!

Recently called Nathan, needing an honest assessment of my pool equipment and the problem I was experiencing. Nathan returned my call almost immediately and fit me into his schedule the same morning. He stopped by and diagnosed my issue and patiently walked me through my options. This is the second time I have worked with Nathan and he was great both times. I highly recommend him for any pool issues you might experience.

Nelson is the most honest dude out there. He is so understanding and empathetic. Recently I was out of town on business and my wife called me to let me know that something wasn’t right with our pool. I tried to call a few people and no one wanted to go out to look at the issue without more information. Naturally this was hard for me as I was out of the country. He told me that it wasn’t a problem and that he could give me a call or text once he got to my house and was able to look things over.

He was out there the next day bright and early and was able to figure out the exact components that needed to be fixed without wasting me an extra dime. From previous experience that usually isn’t the case and I am sure most pool owners can relate.

After having a new pool build, I needed a start up done. Nelson responded quickly and took the job on. We have continued with monthly service and have been very happy. Being a new pool owner, I continue to have questions. Nelson has always been responsive answering all my crazy questions. I would recommend NPS to those looking to get a pool service.

Nelson has taken care of my pool and my aging equipment for a few years now. He has extended the life of my old system by repairing when possible and offering fair pricing and quick turn around for the parts that need to be replaced.
